Played TDM this morning and the lobby changed the hosts before the game started. So thats at least one lobby that didnt have dedicated servers.
one person in the middle of the game kept dropping from 1 to 4 bar and jumping all around thru the map for at least a minute.
Just played a game in the US with a host migration.
