Did you start the clan with a new email address? When asked to link the account as the primary was it the new email address? this seems to be the issue when starting clans on the different platforms. You can do a search "linking accounts" "classified status", etc and a whole bunch of threads will appear. You can then see what was suggested as the proper fix for that thread or what the question creator marked as a helpful answer. Good luck- there are some forum moderators that will jump in to give more specific help if you can not find a helpful thread.
