Re: Everytime I input my Email and Password into the app, I get a loading screen, and it will not load my profile. How do I fix this?

This came from support:

 

Do you currently have a gamertag linked to the account? You may need to play a couple of games in order for the app to fully login.

 

Also, you may want to try unlinking/relinking the gamertag.

 

If none of these things are helping, you may need to create a whole new account with a new email address.
