Make sure you have cleared your phones cache and memory. Uninstall the app once more after doing all of this and try again.
The app does have some kinks that are being worked on.
As for having to play a multiplayer game:
You need to play a game or two and wait for the data to propagate. Shortly thereafter you should be able to get into the application. I’d suggest logging out of the application and then logging back in if it is not working for you. This should resolve itself over time as it is not finding any data for you. If it’s been an extensive amount of time than you may need to contact @ATVIAssist on Twitter for assistance. But it is a known issue that they are working on.
