No burst gun should kill with just one burst as often as the MSBS does. In every other COD the biggest draw for burst guns is that they're accurate and most of the time take two bursts to kill someone like it should be. IW made an obvious mistake with the damage on the MSBS and if you think otherwise you either use the gun religiously and don't want it nerfed or you're not very intelligent.
